Embodiment as the Foundation for Healing…..Awareness, Breath, Movement & Sound
Empowerment through Embodiment is a way of being present with ourselves through the ebb and flow of life & deeply feeling into what emerges from within the body from a space of awareness. It is something I believe is life changing and continue to experience myself and with my clients. In this space we are able to truly connect to our deeper wisdom, which may look many ways… maybe identifying our own needs, realizing there are more choices than we thought, seeing more clearly into ways we hold ourselves back, or coming into contact with strengths we forgot we had. Come see how counseling and mental health care can be different from what you’ve experienced or imagined it to be in the past. The path is yours to choose!

NATURE AS ALLY; A NATURE BASED MINDFULNESS GROUP
Being in nature helps us relieve stress and burnout, reduces anxiety & worry, and boosts immunity, among offering us many other attributes. Nature is a natural co-regulator to our nervous systems. When we restore our connection with nature, remembering we are intertwined, the potential for growth and healing deepens. In community & within a sacred container we will learn gentle and simple mindfulness techniques to renew our connection to self as nature. Curiosity & compassion will be the main focus as we meet ourselves where we are in each moment with radical acceptance.

Kundalini Yoga for Embodiment
Kundalini yoga is sometimes called the yoga of angles and triangles. Moving or holding our bodies in these shapes allows for a direct path of energy flow along meridians of the body that correlate to different organs and glands. We utilize breath patterns, a variety of eye placements, hand placements and sometimes chanting or affirmations in our practice. Kundalini yoga activates the vagus nerve (helping us feel safe in our bodies), recalibrates our nervous system and can help us release stored energy in the body. The practices deepens our connection to self and helps us expand our window of tolerance to better manage daily stress. Kundalini can leave us feeling in deeper alignment with our authentic self, thus able to move through life with greater ease and grace.
